♥MY FIRST SELLING BLOG GIVE AWAY♥

I know I promised this last week...but I was extremly busy cooking for a large party at the clubhouse. I made 10 pounds of cheese stuffed meatloaf, 10 pounds of Italian Beef, and about 15 pounds of Fajitas. And it was all wonderful! Plus I donated a Hayden and Iggy finished bunny with baby for raffle! I was definetly a busy bee.


So, here are the 3 paper patterns I will be giving away...

Raggedy Anna #112 is a very simple, one piece head/body construction pattern. Very easy for the beginner. She is approximately 12" when finished.


Lil' MaryAnn #103 has a seperate head/body construction. She is approximately 15" when finished.


Lil' Dumplin' #117 again has a seperate head/body construction with a simple mock 2 piece dress and needlesculpted hands. She is approximately 14" when finished.

Finished Simply Courtney Doll

This 23" Simply Courtney~Raggedy Ann type doll is now up for your consideration. She is made from muslin and stained with a blend of coffee and tea for a perfectly prim skin tone. She wears a deep red print blouse with sayings such as Slice & Dice, Gourmet, and Recipe etc. Her skirt is a patchwork print in deep red, green and blue with little fat chefs. She wears muslin bloomers beneath that are primitive stitched at each leg opening. Her socks are painted white with scalloped edge lace at the tops. Her shoes are painted black and heavily sanded for a time worn appearance. Her hair is a raggedy red wool. I have attached a matching fabric bow just off center in her hair line. Her face is hand drawn, hand painted, shaded and sealed.

Please remember that my dollies are made for the little girl in all of us BIG GIRLS and are NOT intended for use as a toy as they have small accent pieces which may pose a choking hazaard to small children.
